Birth Doula Services

Women who hire doulas have better birth outcomes. I want to support you during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum! I will support you with informational, emotional, and physical support. See below for my typical package inclusions, I am also happy to offer a package custom to your needs- reach out to me so we can discuss!

DOULA SERVICES INCLUDE:

 

  • I love to meet with my clients several times during pregnancy, to be sure you are very prepared! We will discuss your birth plan in detail, go through what to expect in any situation, talk about your postpartum plan, etc.

  • Unlimited contact throughout pregnancy and early postpartum. Ask me questions, request evidence based information, emotional support, anything!

  • I will be on call 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth.

  • In person birth support from whenever you start needing me (usually early/active labor) until 2-3 hours after baby is born, you have breastfed, and are all settled.

  • One postpartum appointment to go over your birth, check in on breastfeeding, be sure you have the resources you need, and ensure you are thriving. You can also contact me at any time during postpartum for resources or questions!

 

The Prenatal Package (Virtual)

Talk with a birth expert while you are expecting and preparing for your little one, it really helps! I can also hold a one on one call for a variety of different personal reasons. We can go through past birth experiences, how to prepare for birth, how to create a birth plan, what to expect in your specific situation, how to advocate for yourself, comfort measures to use during labor, initial breastfeeding tips, postpartum information, really anything you desire!

I am trained to discuss these topics without bias and with your best interest in mind. I will only share evidence based information. It is so important to be informed and educated as you go into your birth!

The Prenatal Package includes multiple prenatal visits through 40 minute video meeting customized to your needs.

The Prenatal Package + Birth Assistant includes two 45 minute video prenatal meetings plus you have all of my contact information to text or call me about any questions that come up throughout your pregnancy. I will respond to to your questions during daytime hours will few exceptions.

Virtual Prenatal and Birth Support

The Virtual Prenatal and Birth Support Package is similar to in person doula support (see above), with it being completely virtual. Our prenatal and postnatal appointments will be held by zoom meeting, and birth support will include everything I can do from a phone! I can talk you through comfort measures, position changes, how to discuss your concerns with your care provider, etc. Having a support person who is trained and knows birth is very impactful in creating an empowering experience!

The virtual prenatal and birth support includes monthly prenatal meetings, contact throughout your pregnancy, and 24/7 contact from 37 weeks until birth. It includes virtual birth support, meaning anything I can do over a phone during your labor and delivery.
