Start by joining our members-only Facebook group! Once you’re approved- say hi to all of our members with an introduction (tell us all about you, your pregnancy, and your birthing dreams!)

Next you’ll create a login for the program so that you can access the curriculum! This is where you can get started with the D.R.E.A.M. birth prep method… and let your learning begin at your own pace!

Take a pic of this page and share it to your IG stories so we can celebrate together!! Be sure to tag me @theempoweredstart so that I can add you to my close friends list! (you’ll get exclusive content there)
