Protect Your Birth Space

You are in charge of your birth space. 

If someone is not respecting you or your birth wishes you have the right to ask them to leave.

Even in a hospital. 

You can request a different nurse, fire your provider and ask for a different one, or let a personal support person know that they can wait outside instead. 

Doulas are great at navigating these situations if you feel uncomfortable doing it yourself!

By only allowing those in your space that completely respect and honor you and your devine birthing abilities, you set yourself up for a positive and empowering birth experience.
